Carter (The Baseball)

As the somewhat bitter yet altruistic champion of major league baseball in the city of Small Market, Canada, Carter is at loss to figure out what the gods of sport have had against the survival of his franchise in the city he loves. He tends to blame everyone from league officials to the poor quality of the ballpark hotdogs for the downward spiral of baseball. He is more than a little jealous that Small Market is a hockey town.

Kind-hearted yet naive, Doug is not exactly what one might expect expect from a football. He is afraid of heights, hates violence and is often times a little slow on the uptake. While he is technically a CFL football, he's just as likely to speak out about any pro football league.

Wayne is a hot-tempered and slightly egotistical "super-star" (in his own mind, anyway). As the ambassador to his sport, he is quick to defend the unrelenting jabs about the excessive violence that permeates his hockey. Even if he has to drop his gloves and knock some teeth in to do it.
